The City on the Edge
The City on the Edge
During the day, Tuberdam is bustling with littlings at work, especially near the Port, both on the ships and in the shops, where artisans, carpenters, and sailmakers work tirelessly to create more ships. At night, the city lit by lanterns and candles becomes a safe haven for the many tired littlings who drink beer and eat hearty meals in the many taverns, as well as for those who gamble (mostly playing dice) in the colorful brothels. The multicolored houses lining the white enamel streets have become a symbol for a city that is as picturesque as it is real.
The Port: The beating heart of Tuberdam is the jetties and piers where ships travel to The Drain and The Faucet to ship and receive goods from all over The House.
