Luther

Boggart gangster known for his distinctive white suit. It is unclear if Luther is his first or last name.

Chapter I: Was paid by "Walter Rivler" to facilitate the kidnapping of a bee, which he turned into a scheme to counterfeit bees. Was shot by Litha for his troubles.

Chapter IIII: Was sent by the mysterious "Madame Bijou" to Tuberdam to recover a shipment of weapons meant for the Fianna Saoirse. Recovered them, but also wanted to settle a grudge against Litha. Was tossed into a wall by Gwen for his troubles.  

Last Seen: Definitely not plotting revenge.
